These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between anybody who wishes to purchase a product or service (“the client”) and www.seyeshoes.com website (“the Service") operated by Seye Shoes ("us/we"), registered at RCS (Siren number: 841794951 - APE/NAF code: 1520Z).

General

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website, at any time without prior notice.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Product availability

Note that we do not carry any stock. I personally handcraft every pair, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks as all shoes are made to order. Email us at info@seyeshoes.com for progress updates at any time.  

Each order will be processed once your full payment has been received and validated. You will receive an email of confirmation from us (info@seyeshoes.com) to confirm your order and shipment.

As of manual production, small differences may occur (scratches, cuts). These are not damages but are part of the shoe characteristics.

We (Seye Shoes) reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including, but not limited to, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We (Seye Shoes) are entitled to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Payment

All our pricing throughout the website is in EURO and does not include VAT.

We (Seye Shoes) accept Bank Transfers (IBAN available upon request) or Paypal payments to info@seyeshoes.com

Shipping policy

We (Seye Shoes) will deliver your products to you or your recipient around the world using La Poste/UPS. Once the product has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email along with your delivery tracking number. Your order will ship once payment has been cleared, products have been made and recipient address has been verified. We will contact you if there is any kind of delay.

Shipping is free of charge worldwide. However, if you were to incur any additional charges (ie. customs duties), we (Seye Shoes) would not be responsible. We advise you to check with your local customs policies if needed.

Returns Policy

Our products can be returned within 15 days of our shipping date. Before any return, please make sure to notify us within 48 hours by emailing us at info@seyeshoes.

When returning the products, please ensure that they are placed unused in the original packaging with all labels and tags, and that you include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility.

Products will either be subjected to a store credit to be used online only. Please note that if you wish to exchange for another item, a new order should be placed as all products are made to order with limited availability.

If you wish to receive a refund, the original purchaser's credit card will be re-credited for the sum paid minus any taxes, duties and shipping costs. All returned items should be made by registered post, UPS or any other trusted courier service, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods in transit. Please be advised to keep your receipt and ask for a tracking number.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

We (Seye Shoes) offer free repair on all Seye Shoes products. Before any return for repair, please make sure to notify us by emailing us at info@seyeshoes.com. Please note that shipping costs for returned products for repair are the client’s responsibility.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Seye Shoes and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both France and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Seye Shoes.

All content within www.seyeshoes.com and its copyright are all owned by Seye Shoes. This includes all graphic images, logo, price information, pictures and text. Nothing within the site may be copied and/or used without prior consent from us.

Any unauthorized use of any of the above shall result in copyright infringement.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Seye Shoes.

Seye Shoes has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Seye Shoes shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
